And the grind was because I really wanted to have more heroes as they are many more.... And spending 2000 diamonds for no heroes, it means that I will never be close to have them all.. Even if the goal is not to collect heroes.. Well anyway thank you again ^^
Sombedy in a different thread mentioned there might be a bug related to this. I would file a report if I were you and see if you can get some compensation.
Recently I bought the 10+1 multi pack (when gems were on sale, 1300 for $7 or something) and I got pretty awful cards. One legendary, 0 new heroes and like 4 SR. I have gotten better drop rates for SR and Legendary just by opening packs one at a time.
I just assumed opening packs one at a time is better since it increases the randomness of the drops by giving a fresh set of drops each time.
You can also phone them directly through their toll free number. However, I found that their response was less than stellar for me. In your case, it's due to a bug so you might get luckier.
