Sorry, you might need to contact customer support as this is an Origin issue rather than a game issue. The EA twitter usually gets responses as well. In the mean time I am trying to track down an answer if I can

Thank you for replying. Have you had any joy in finding how we might be able to log in to the game, as still having no joy?

I think this was the other similar answer. They called Customer Support and got some help.
