Same except it also ain't downloading, it gets stuck at 32% and stays at 0 bytes a second forever.

Were you able to get the download completed? When a download appears stuck it could be a program running in the background that's conflicting with Origin. Try these steps:
- Close down Origin and all other non-Windows programs in task manager
- Make sure Origin is added to your anti-virus exceptions list
- Right-click on the desktop shortcut and run as administrator
