Thanks for letting me know.
Have you made sure your Audio Drivers are up to date?
You can also check your Audio Settings in Origin, and make sure everything is properly selected.
Go to Origin, Application Settings, More, and Voice, and make sure the correct Input/Output devices are selected.
I don't believe your Ping should have anything to do with the Audio issues, so double check these things I mentioned above.
