Hello, I'm having the same problem, this in the case of my ps4, my ps4 slim used to turn off when it entered Loading after the game menu, now only when it enters the menu the console turns off. Because of that I lost several updates in the game, the only one that was not lost because there was a day that the ps4 didn’t turn off and it was just in the update of the new Scientist Ability that I got his clothes and the Ability in time (Scientist and Soldiers are the ones I play the most). I love this game and it was my first PVZ and I was proud to platinum, but because of this problem I can no longer play it unfortunately. I did everything you said in the comments of Tannerdoan62. Please help me with this problem, I really want to play this game again.
