Re: Plants vs Zombies failed to find a match

On Xbox One have you tried:

Power cycle your console. Here’s how:
On the console, press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.
After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache.

I have the exact same issue. I can't get into a multiplayer match

  • Power cycle doesn't fix any issues. Neither does undownloading the game or restarting my xbox. When entering Turf Takeover, it says "finding the best match," then "found the best match," and finally "failed to connect to the game session, please try again." Nothing I've tried seems to fix this issue and it persists infinitely. Is there any way to fix this?
