- Me too... and I am ticked. Legit was less than 1 lol away on my zombie character to unlock the diamond tombstone..

My son is having this problem too. It’s as if the whole game restarted. Help!

Same! My son is in tears.. he’s spent 2 years and lots of gift cards on this game..

My son lost all of his upgrades this morning on his xbox 1s.

We paid for both of the upgrades my son had and when you go to the store, it says that they are installed, but they are not showing up in the game.

We are having similar problems. Hopefully EA can restore the server back to where we were soon.

EA said developers are aware of the problem and are working to restore it ASAP.😊👍🏻

Is that why all the servers aren’t working well today??? Tried to play and get flower in bottom right all the time ... still hear some audio from the black screen. Hope this get fixed quick! My sons are starting to turn into Zombies ....

Hi guys, the missing progression issue should be resolved for everyone now.
My son lost all his upgrades and character s he earned hes sad and upset he loves this game and was brought to tears can you help please
Also we bought a cpl items on GW2 for $20 which isn't allot of money but it's still money we spent my son loves this game and is heart broken he put allot of time and effort into earning coins for upgrades and sticker packs

@chief9-10abe Hi, when did this happen? There were some issues in the past, but nobody should be losing their progress now.
If your son is playing from the start, can you check that he's using the same account that he did before, and that there's no mixup? Hopefully there's just a simple mixup, in such a case he should be able to pick up where he left off. Hello, the same thing happened to me but I only lost characters on the plant side. I played one game and had everything but now a few characters disappeared. I’m not sure if this is a glitch or if this is temporary? I tried resetting and I made sure I was on the same account.
I’m experiencing something like this, most of my characters have disappeared but some have stayed, I have no clue why
Any chance that this same issue has taken place again? Now, almost 4 years later we logged in and all of the leveled up characters are gone. We are using the same account as always, All gestures, abilities, appearance mods are gone. Though it looks like the character upgrades are still active..
Same exact thing happened with me.
Same happened to me! My sons play this all the time and this morning all characters that we bought are gone. It’s like the game reset. I hope they can fix this.
@EA_David - this happened to me last night. 2/18/23. All characters and purchases are gone. All progress over the last year lost. Is this a known issue and is there a fix? Sounds like it happened to to a lot of people yesterday and today. Thanks

I'm not sure how this format is supposed to work with EA. It's like "Help" but less responsive? Or are my expectations too high? I see the community manager is online/posting but no answers for our query...
Well, one of my posts was deleted...so I guess I'm gonna keep on until I get banned. I posed a simple and vertical inquiry about the same subject matter from 4 years ago that was confirmed by several other users. I posited this question on Sunday, NBD that no one responded then, I get it, you don't have to work every day. I would say that I have some issue with me bringing attention to the utilization of this format being deleted. Meaning that the "community manager" saw/accessed this forum but couldn't lend a finger to answering the question. So, I guess next efforts need to go directly to EA support?
I’ve lost all my characters as well. I don’t want to re-pay for them because I paid a lot of money to have them and all of a sudden they’re all gone.
