Login problem

Good morning ea 

I have a recurrent problem with my pvz heroes login. 

Some times when i log to the game to play i find my acount is not logged and i have to do all the introduction to the game and tutorials all over again this happned 2 times now. 

Why is this happening and what should i do  to prevent this.
