For some games I've had to forward ports on my router in order to get a connection, could that be a possibility?

After some time i start game again but saddly its still not working for me. I have done everything just everything with the game all solutions from that forum are not working for me. I live in Dublin Ireland and somehowe i just cant connect to the game, there was one time i got connected for about 5 min and thats it. Server problem all the time. I pay for that game 35 euro and im just angry in that stage. I just want to thanks to EA for selling me a not working game, thanks and i will never buy game from you again. Thanks

Have any of you called customer service?  It seems like there are several possible problems going on in this thread.

Make sure you are not using a child account, if you are, change the permissions or use a different account.

Make sure you have Xbox Gold

Call customer service if you have issues, they can run through your problems and help you connect.  

It sounds like some of you might have Origin account issues, so you will need to specify where the trouble is occuring exactly.

It's not a child account. I can log in to my account from outside the game but in the game, it kept saying that I;m not log in. I'm not sure why. It just never pass teh first menu screen. I check my internet connection and it says all good...

Then you just need to call Origin Customer support.  Sometimes the origin account gets messed up, it has happened to a few people here

It appears that my account was unlinked to the xbox live. I'll try to link it first and see what happens.
