So you're constantly being asked to reset your EA password without that actually doing anything? Can you try logging in here with your EA account details to make sure that your Xbox account is linked to your EA account?

If it isn't, then your Xbox might be linked to an old or disabled EA account.

@EA_QueenBee Hey still not working for me have reset password multiple times tried linking and still nothing still stuck on the same screen
