You were able to connect before? You have tried rebooting?
Other things to try:
- Uninstall everything (saves are ont he cloud) and reinstall, reboot
- Check your NAT settings?

- I have already un-installed and re-installed everything also re-started my 360 a few times. How do I go about checking the NAT settings? Is this on my router? And do you know what settings it should be on?

My NAT setting was correct acording to the post on the xbox forums. I have just re-installed everything again and it has started working so im thinking it was something to do with the zombos update i had installed it may not have installed correctly
