You want video of what? It sitting at the load screen for all eternity? I’m in the same boat as all the others here, new Series X, and 2 boys who drive me up the wall asking why it takes so long to load their new game.

As a test, could you try connecting to a wireless hotspot and let me know if you still experience this?
I'm having exactly the same issue, the initial load into the game is approx 3-5 minutes load. I'm on a Series X, and I've also tried with the exact same issue using the Xbox GamePass Ultimate Game stream feature from my PC to a cloud xbox. So its not an issue with my internet or hardware.

Just wanted to confirm that it's happening for me as well. My son just installed Plants VS Zombies and the load times are so long I thought something was wrong with my connection. However, all other games are fine, and I've done all the recommended troubleshooting like power cycling etc.
This is happening for me too. Go to open the game and it takes at least 4 mins to load in the same way as others have described. Screen splash then black screen then after the’ connecting to EA servers’ comes up it stays on that screen for ages before starting. Running it on an Xbox series x on internal drive. Tried ask the solutions mentioned in this thread but no change.

Is EA actually trying to debug this? Or is this parked on a low priority curiosity shelf indefinitely?
I feel like it takes even longer to load now.. the black screen is horrible and then the real loading screen hangs forever.
Nothing suggested on any prior posts have helped.
Yo I started replaying Garden Warfare 2 a few weeks ago after years of not playing it and yeah these load times are long and my brother’s Xbox One X is way faster than my Series X in loading and also can anyone even play Turf Takeover??? It just kicks me out every time I try and play but other game modes work. And i seem to not even be gaining any stars for quest I do
My next question is, how do we go about getting refunds for purchases spent on a game that they won’t fix? The game worked great when it first hit Series X, so we loaded up on offers etc.. and then a few weeks later it all went downhill. EA needs to pay back those users like me who got roped into a bad deal.

well, technically the game still works. after it loads forever but it works. so even I validate your oppinion on this you did not get roped. sorry.
also to the EA people watching this topic: try installing the game and revisiting it on a same machine a month later. you will be able to reproduce the problem.
Even on Cloud Gaming it takes a really long time to load. Sad as the game itself is very enjoyable
