I agree that any Plant, or group of Plants, which lets a skilled Player using a Chemist get into range is going to suffer and that includes the Electro Pea.

I haven't touched mine since I Mastered him but if you're sneaky and use your Warps effectively you can pretty much take out almost anyone.
