@jaakeey992 If you encounter a game in a bug, you will want to make a post on the relevant board, some of our games will have a dedicated Bug Report section to post in, however, some of our older titles may have one forum open (this is where you would want to post in that case).
When making your post please be sure to include as much detail as you can, and provide any additional information like screenshots, videos, dxdiag, uotrace, etc you can. Once you make the post if other members of the community are experiencing this issue they can add on to your post in a reply with their information, we may also merger other threads or post we see into yours (or vice versa) if the post seem to be over the same issue.
This allows us to gather details for anyone being effected, and look for common traits that could be the cause, we share these reports with the appropriate team in order for them to be further investigated, Because we may not always be able to respond to each individual report we are unable to provide a ticketing number or direct ticket page to check on the status of the report. However, if we have further information/workaround/or updates to share we can do so in the post.
If you are having an issue with PvZ Garden Warfare 2 I would recommend going to the Technical Issues Board, and select the Post option on the right-hand side (once you sign in with your account).
