I forgot about that one. Thanks for reminding me. If you lose 5 times in a row, you get one free pack (this includes conceding!).

While am at it, I might mention that I'm currently in a situation where I'm missing 5 heroes but have most of the uncommons and rares. At this point is it better for me to use the gems I gain weekly to buy any missing heroes that go on sale or to save my gems? I actually think that I should be saving my gems. There are rumours that they might release new cards in January and reset the ladder. If this is true, then my best use of gems would be to buy packs from the new set (or if they just add them to the current pool, buy packs that include the new cards) and then use the ladder to regain the gems I would need to purchase the individual heroes. Given this, I will be saving my gems to have at least a threshold of 2000 gems for the next release.
