thank you for your reply.
I double-checked the information, they are correct. Additionally I logged out and in into my Apple-Account but the problem still occurs.
I am logged in into my EA-Account in the game, does this make any difference? Is it safe to delete the game as last resort without losing my saves?
Edit: The error appears after opening the store. I can not press any purchase button or the "x" to close the store. But I was able to purchase the "Player's Favorite Pack" through the advertisement screen with diamonds.

Hi @B4dM4Xx,
If you're logged into your EA account you won't lose progress. Worse case scenario the support team would be able to restore your account. But maybe check that the information on your Origin account also matches the information in iTunes first?
If the issue persists after reinstalling the game I would recommend contacting the support team.

If the EA-Account is another name for the Origin-Account, they match. If not then I do not own an Origin-Account.
I deleted the game, reinstalled it and signed in. It works again!

(And you're right the EA and Origin account are the same thing. "EA account" is the new name - I'm being a hipster by calling it Origin still. :P)
Come back to AHQ if you have more questions in the future.
I had this same problem, only I didn't link an EA account with my game. Is there any other solution you can think of? I have tried the solutions I've been given, besides deleting the data.
