Re: PvZ Garden Warfare 2 Won't Launch PC

So if I buy the game is it Guaranteed , that it will work I have the same problem , and if it didn't work what should I do ,thanks for ur support , my msinfo and DxDiag are in the attachments if iy is a problem with my pc please check .

    Your CPU is unfortunately below the minimum system requirements. We recommend upgrading the CPU and aim for the recommended specifications for the most optimal Garden Warfare experience.

    @EA_Blueberry So I bought the game and unfortunately I had trouble because as u said from the cpu and gpu , so it crashed and couldn't make connection to the multiplayer servers when it kept glitching the screen , so I requested a refund , can I buy it again in the future after upgrading my pc ? and what about my request of refund ?

    You are more than welcome to purchase it again in the future even after a successful refund request. The status of your refund should be found under the order history if you click on Origin in the Origin client. That is also the same place you can request a refund per our Great Game Guarantee policy.

    Our Live-Support team is also always available to pull up your account and answer any questions you have around technical support or purchases/refunds through the Origin store.
