When you uninstalled the Video Drivers did you try using Display Driver Uninstaller in Safe Mode?

Clean Boot // Disable all other running programs including antivirus to test to see if it's interfering?

I did not try that. There must have been some lingering driver issues. Thanks for the help. Time will tell if this fixes the crashes I was experiencing before, but I have high hopes. If something changes I will let you know.
