@mrtodd1010 If you're consistently encountering issues, please try swapping to a wired connection if you use wifi, as a test. If this has no effect/ is ineffective, try clearing your cache/resetting. If using a 360, clear the cache using the steps here: http://support.xbox.com/en-IE/xbox-360/system/clear-system-cache

If using an xbox one, turn off the machine by holding the power button for 5-10 seconds. When it restarts, which should take significantly longer than usual, check again to see if the issues persist.

Hey David. I've tried to do all of that. I'm on an XBox One. I've done the hard restart, uninstalled and reinstalled and I've hard wired to my router and I'm experiencing the same issues. I might make it through a full match, but certainly never a full second match. I really really enjoy the game, but I'm tired of getting bounced, even in just the menu screen. I hope we can get this worked out so I can get back in there and have some fun.

What is your download/upload speeds and are you using the internet for anything else?
I have a moderate 8mb download connection and can use my laptop for general browsing while playing games, but if someone else in the house were to use Netflix or something, I notice a good bit of lag.

I'm usually the only one online, other than my wife using her IPad. I get absolutely no lag at all when I'm in a multiplayer match. It's just trying to to get through a full match without losing connection to the EA server. I understand that if the host leaves the match then everyone loses connection, but it seems like I'm lucky to make it through a full match. And when I'm lucky enough to get into the next match I'm only in for a few seconds past the character select screen when I lose connection.

I have the same issue but it only happens in Garden Ops mode for me.

Keep in mind that Garden Ops is peer hosted and doesn't run on EA servers.That mode depends on either your internet connection or that of any of the other players in the game.
