    I read the link, thank you. But when it deletes our character customization, does it mean we have to recustomize our characters in the dress room or do we have to buy them all back? If we decided to reset.

    Hi @Club_Squidward

    I believe it just meant you had to re customize, not that you had to buy everything again.

    There's actually been an update to that post now and the issue will be addressed in a patch that is planned to be released next week.
