@epimetheus_x1 @sithee123 - Sorry for the late reply, are you still having an issue getting the game to load on XB1?

What screen are you getting stuck on? How long are you waiting on that screen?

    Hi it's the screen with the flower symbol in the bottom right corner.

    I have left it "loading" for over 15 minutes but it doesn't work.

    As I mentioned previously I have un installed and re-installed the game but the problem is still there.

    @sithee123 - When the loading screen starts to hang and won't load can you press the XBOX button to go to the home screen and then go back into the PvZ: GW2 app and see if that lets you in?

    I too have the same problem , but I am using PC.
