Did you save your progress through Game Center, Google +, Facebook, and/or EA Account or were you playing on a guest account? If you didn't backup your game before this happened, there's not much that can be done:

Our support team will do everything they can if you get in touch with them but there's no guarantee they'll be able to restore it if it wasn't backed up before the incident. The best way to contact us is by creating an in-game ticket. This sends through details about your account and means they can help you faster.

1. Tap the Settings cog icon.
2. Tap Help & About.
3. Tap Contact Support to visit EA Help.

They’ll ask for the Player ID of the account you're missing the items on when you contact them, it'd be good to have that handy.
