@Kermo3 Well I set my age at 16 (my actual age) but if I redownload the app then it gives me the option for like a split second then goes into downloading, is there any other way to get it back?

No, Friends list is shown only for adults. Sorry. You have to lie about your age to use friends list.

Once you filled your birthday it cannot be changed. Only option is to make new account with correct age.
You can search this topic with phrase "Friend list" and you will find other themes about this issue.
I understand that I must change accounts for it to work, the only problem is
that I have to leave behind years of progress just because of the age system.
I really wish there was some other way, but there isn't, is there?Wait a second, something doesn't add up. In the original post, you said that EARLIER this year, you played this game, and you've just recently downloaded it again implying that when you downloaded the game, you were below 13. Now in the same year this post, you're claiming that you're 16 which doesn't add up
