Can you please try these steps?

1. Disable the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher

2. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

3. Run Origin and Battle for Neighborville as Administrator

4. Uninstall/Reinstall Origin: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/

5. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

6. Close Background Apps: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/programs-that-may-cause-conflicts-with-origin/

7. Make sure Battle for Neighborville has access with your Firewall, and disable your Anti-Virus

8. Make sure you're running the most current version of Windows: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028685/windows-10-get-the-update
