I can only properly judge what I think is "unfair" when I play against it. so Ill rate Zombies :D

Common: dunno....maybe Ill edit later if I decided on one. There are several strong commons though

Uncommon: Pogostick....damn he is unfair.

Rare: Propably Kiteflyer

Super Rare: Maniac Laughter

Legendary: Trickster or Wanna-be-Hero
