He really isnt the worst class in the game.
His dps is on a level with base soldier, and the only reason, why rapid fire soldier beats him is, because
rapid fire soldier is broken and gets as much dps as a superbrainz.
The primary is pretty good and if you test it out you can see, that the attack is pretty accurate, except some slight deviaton at
really long ranges, where the issue is still rather on the recoil and people not managin it correctly, than on the primary being inaccurate.

The fact that Corn doesnt hardcounter everything is due to his supposed role as a generalist.
Medium dps, but at all ranges. This allows him to win against every character, if you mind your positioning.
You easily beat a melee character long and midrange and the same thing goes for long range characters on a mid/close range. (Soldier doesnt have to worry about that, due to him being op rn)
So he definitly isnt the worst character in the game right now.
