@kingcodered I remember that. That was back in February or March or something. This just goes to show that this has happened before, and that it could happen again. Hopefully it will not happen again.

- @TheSprinter85 *Sigh*. It is so sad to see that it happened again on an even larger scale. You're right, hopefully it won't happen for a third time, but I have given up hope on that. They haven't responded saying they are working on fixing it yet and I haven't gotten my rainbow stars back ☹️.
@benn1nat0rArgh .. that’s so annoying. I haven’t physically been inflicted with this issue, since I have not bought much from Rux yet, but it’s so off putting, knowing that in a future or upcoming prize map, that you will simply be given that same item that you bought and it will lock you out of completing the prize map for a while. Pls fix.
#Repairville.- @TheSprinter85 I strongly agree. It needs to be fixed. I have now reached the point in the prize map where the gesture I already bought is and can confirm normal progression is possible (unlike the first time this issue appeared).
I'm really frustrated there still hasn't been any answer to this by either EA community staff or the developers. - @benn1nat0r Now it's to the point I'm scared to get stuff from rux because I dont know if i will be screwed over again. I think I'm just going to call ea to get my stuff sorted out.
- @kingcodered That is why I do not buy from Rux that often, because of this issue potentially happening again. It has not happened to me yet, but I find it off-putting and I am sorry that it happened to you. I call it WorriedaboutifIwillgetrippedofffromruxintheprizemapaphobia.
