I've notice the same problem since the recent patch.. I've tried deleting and reinstalling it on PS4 with no vail.

Hi all, there were some updates done very recently (a couple of hours ago) which should hopefully help with this.
Can you check again today and let us know if this is back to normal, or if the issue persists?

@EA_David - that update to Rux’s shop about 9 hours ago...would that have reset what costumes were available in the shop? Last night I had a blue female foot soldier costume offered to me that was set to last at least another 24 hours - I intended to buy it this morning and now it’s gone. Very frustrating and broke my heart a little, lol.
Everything's back to normal. Thanks, and hope to give us more free color stars.🙂
Hello I am having problems with the Rux shop. Its not showing anything in the shop for me and its also not showing any prizes in the other section neither please help me.
