I have certainly noticed moving super fast all of a sudden for no reason many times in Ops and wondered why.... interesting.
Don't think I'm observant enough to notice these other details.
I'm sure I remember them saying in the very early Founders live streams that Ops would not be hosted locally like GW2 and would have dedicated servers to avoid the issues that GW2 had eg, when the host was disconnected during the game for some reason the game would end for everybody.
Have they changed this?

    Oh, I've also noticed that! By the way, don't you think that you can create your own server? I've been really into creating sites and I've also thought creating a server would be a great idea. Creating sites is tough task for me, however when it comes to hosting services , I guess, I'm already an expert. My first experience was with hostingfoundry.com and I'm really grateful. I received a top 5 of hostings for a specific type and they actually explained me how it works. Moreover, it is available not only in UK, so it'd be useful for people from different countries.
