If players keep complaining that they keep losing bulbs because of hitting the prize bulb limit, it means that players are actually completing prize maps. Increasing the amount of prize bulbs people need to finish the prize map is an astonishing idea, because people are going to need more prize bulbs to grind, therefore are less likely to reach the maximum limit, or if reaching the limit, it will take them longer! So, I don't think they need to increase the maximum limit, just increase the amount of prize bulbs you need in the festivals!
@TheSprinter85But on the other hand it means that those who don't complain since they've never hit maximum Bulbs but had a hard time to finish the Prize Maps now will miss something of every months fresh cosmetics which can't be purchased after the event is finished.
I would have prefered to do nothing if I were PopCap over increasing the amount of Bulbs needed.Somehow it turns in a circle. A few weeks ago the XP was reduced from 15,000 to 5,000 for a bulb ... now more bulbs for the price Map ... is like increasing the XP per bulb but leaving the price card like this ... 🙂
At this point, since raising the amount of bulbs for legendaries, and to complete the prize map, they should lower the XP bar again to compensate.
I believe someone said it now takes 204 Bulbs, compared to 184 bulbs in the previous maps.
I guess they're trying to get more people to buy the Prize Bulbs through the Prize Map...
@ippig The players that have more trouble obtaining prize bulbs should be compensated for then - one thing the developers could try is lowering the amount of XP again for each prize bulb, as well as lowering the cost of completing a prize map, but reduce the maximum amount of bulbs you can hold at once if so. 🤔
