Hi @Al3xKo56, As long as you put in one appeal and they had not said it was denied, the others wont matter and will eventually be closed off as duplicates.
Are the other responses on the same appeal or different appeals you had filed? - @EA_Shepard Some were on the same that they changed to example another game, and some were on different. So i don't receive the right help i need basically.

@Al3xKo56 if it's a ban it's an account ban, not a game ban so having more than one case about a ban for different games wouldn't do much honestly because they ban the EA account itself. Rarely ever is it that the account is banned in a specific game which is why there is one TOS team who handles it. They cover the account itself so regardless of which game it is on, TOS will be able to assist with one case being set up.
- @EA_Shepard So it is a account ban? Are you familiar with the problem i have? Because im not 100% sure what it is to be honest...

Hi @Al3xKo56, as we are not Terms of Service we couldn't discuss the account over the forums. However, it does sound like it may be that reason. That is something Terms of Service has to discuss with you. We can only provide information on what you can do and how it works. If an appeal is filed, wait for them to review it. Any other cases for the same issue regardless of game end up being closed as duplicates because it is an account issue not so much the game itself causing an issue. @EA_Shepard Apperantly not a ban they cant find anything, don't know what to do know

Hey all,
So, wanted to bring up some info I got with this issue around "bans" and not connecting to the servers. If this happens to you, especially around this level (but not always this level) the system is set up to refresh itself and accounts. It comes down to a mismatch in data and not a "ban"
You aren't actually banned by another player or a hacker. Community Managers cannot fix this on our end, and if a player sends up a case, support will close it out as they cannot resolve it on their end. Players would need to wait for the system to refresh the game and sync up accounts again.
This could take a few days due to the number of accounts that log in every day. The team is still looking into this and we are trying to get more info around this if there is anything players can do on their end, but as of now, if this does happen to you, please do not log into the game for a good 24 hours or so.

@EA_Shepard Original problem fixed, i can play multiplayer again.
NOW i got a second problem: All my characters are max level now. Even those that were level 1. Is this possible to fix or do we need to wipe all the character to level 1?
Even those characters i don't own are max level.(see screenshot)

Awe. Almost had it. So to my understanding that is supposed to fix itself when it servers sync. I need to ask though to make sure. Some of the issues affect the others and it is kind of annoying honestly as we can't reset things but I will ask.
- @EA_Shepard Alright will wait for an answer or will reply if it fix with the server sync
