i have done that again and again and there are no good results and i have a strong internet connection.

I know. They are going to blame our internet connection and it has nothing to do on their part. Sheesh!!!
Just a few mins ago, I was experiencing the same on my PS4. Got the black screen with the sunflower loading. I can hear the game is being played but I'm still waiting for the game to load. I thought it was my internet but it isn't. I set a continuous ping on my computer to monitor connection and not once did I get a time out interruption.
