You're right, you finished getting all the normal characters and therefore the 70k pack had disappeared.

All that remains are the extremely rare Legendary Characters that can be obtained on any Pack from now on -(excluding the first 2)

Good luck and don't worry if you don't get any at first, the drop is extremely low so keep grinding.
