Re: Unable to connect to EA / PvZ on PS4

@diacraft123 have you already tried to reset your routermodem by disconnecting it from the power source for roughly two minutes?

You can also try to perform a hard reset on your console:

To reset your console or to rebuild your console data base, you need to enter the PS4 safety mode. To restart or update the system as well as rebuilding the database could do the trick.

Starting the PS4 in Safe Mode

  1. Turn off the PlayStation 4 by pressing the power button on the front panel. The power indicator will blink for a few moments before turning off.
  2. Once the PlayStation 4 is off, press and hold the power button. Release it after you've heard two beeps: one when you initially press, and another 7 seconds later.
  3. Connect the DualShock 4 controller with the provided USB cable and press the PS button on the controller.

Safe Mode Options

Do not perform any other action in the safety mode window as the one we provide below!

The following options are available in Safe Mode:

  1. Rebuild Database - Scans the drive and creates a new database of all content.
This operation may take a long time depending on the type and number of data items.

The following guide is from the Battlefield 4 forum but all workarounds apply for the PS4 console in general. Please check out the connection based workarounds and keep us updated: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-4/PS4-Troubleshooting-Guide/td-p/2010707
