Does your Son have an underage Account?

We have tried all the things suggested by EA, but it STILL will not log in either a parent EA account or my sons EA account after the initial log in screen when on my sons PS4 profile. But it will play just fine on my husbands PS4 log in.
I had the same issue, and it turned out that having my daughters account set as a childs account (this is on Xbox and her Microsoft account was set as a childs account) was stopping it from working. But once I change the account to be an adults account and restarted the xbox it worked fine.
