Re: Unable to login at this time.

My xbox live gold subscription is still active. My date of birth is correct and my xbox gamertag does not appear under connected accounts.

Ok, thanks for checking. Have you ever played an ea game online from that Xbox gamertag in the past?

No, I have not. However, on my switch I am able to play Ea games without any login problems.

Got it. Please get in touch with the EA Help team with your Xbox Gamertag and EA account so they can take a look at your issue:

Just one more thing to try beforehand. Could you try these steps please?

Click Log In on ea.com or any other EA official site like help.ea.com (the login page will look like either image below)

Choose the Xbox button to sign in using your Gamertag.

If it lets you in, then your Gamertag is already linked up to an EA account, just not the one you're checking atm.

If it doesn't allow you to log in, I'd recommend getting in touch with our live support team. Have your Gamertag handy as they may ask for it to help look into things.
