Its not "cutting content" because the Unicorn Chomper wouldn't exist without there being a max rank reward system. It was created for the sole purpose of being an unlockable for those dedicated enough to slog through the leveling system in the first game as a thank you. Its not something for everyone, if you really want it go earn it like the rest of us. Trust me friend, you can do it, there's an entire year to unlock it!
