I NEVER REQUEST IT. Why would delete my account???
So I pressed continue and the game back to normal, but I afraid to turn on my WiFi again. I don't want to lose my account.
Community Manager@KEVINNGW2 If that was not you, the only other way to do this is by contacting support or filing a case to have the account deleted. I would suggest reaching out to support to secure the EA account side and then secure the Google or iOS account.
I had the same thing. but i just close the app and did not press continue. and found a Internet connection it works normal with Internet. but I just cannot play offline
this happened to me a few weeks back. If i tried to play with internet, it would load forever, and offline would have this message. If I pressed continue, I would be able to play offline as usual. I was going to report this but it eventually just fixed itself. I'm on an apple device so it may be different for you.
