Thank you for letting me know! I will pass it along to the team so they can take a look. For now, I have asked for an update and changing the language is still the only workaround so I will see if we can get any further updates from the team on this one!

    Hi, for how long is this issue out? And yet nothing changed, sry but this is ridiculous.. is it really that hard? I can imagine, that for now nobody from devs working on it, EA have others games which generate more money.. the way i see it, why bother with game on mobile? For years there is no update, no new cards, no new heroes, two friends of mine stopped playing, cause its boring. Hope that this see somebody WHO is in charge of this, cause this really sucks!! Few months and all we can read here is that "i Will pass this to devs", its shame!!!

    Agree, that reply "I will pass it along to the team so they can take a look." 2 month after, that s just pathetic.  Stop covering  and tell us what really happens

    reading this comment actually helps a bit with my frustration with this same issue. Took the words right out of my mouth. 
    I’m going in circles with the EA helpdesk. And in the end they send you here to complain and wait, because they’re working on it. 
    and then nothing happens…. but still nothing happens. Spend money on the game that can’t be played. And no solution.

  • Best is probably to ask for a full refund before the game ends then.
