Oh I love long bomb. I use it often and get some hilarious multi-vanquishes with it at long range.

The Turbo Jackhammer is pretty bad though. Faster but much like sprint burrow it doesn't last long enough to justify it.

    I really hate the soldier's smoke grenade, in any of the 2 ways. It does very little damage and many times it hurts your team instead of helping. I really would like them to do something with that skill.

    While I can totally see where you're coming from, I play soldier quite a bit and I like the stink cloud.  There are quite a lot of players using it in stupid ways that hinder the team.  But there are also so many great situations in which to use it.  Rooftop campers, teleporter campers - it's easy to make their position, as I like to say, "less hospitable."  Just for one example.

    It's important to remember that all things in this game are not centered around their use in multiplayer, but also in coop, where the stink cloud can be invaluable..

    I never use it as its basicly turning me into a free kill.

    Sprint burrow is pretty janky in its grab-box (which I don't remember it being this bad in GW1); also with the distance and speed that it travels at feels more of a downgrade than an alternate burrow (more insulting that the unicorn's jump functions better at this). Turbo, on the other hand I rarely have a problem with, but then again I mostly use the engineer's jack for defensive or medium distance movement purposes.

  • My list of useless abilities:

    Citron - Mood Shield

    The Mood Shield lasts too short, so what's the point of actually using it if it lasts that short?

    Corn - Multi-Shuck

    His Multi-Shuck has too slow of a velocity, so why use it at all?

    Cactus - Red Artichoke

    It's nowhere near as good as the standard artichoke.

    Superhero - Super Guided Ultra Ball

    His Super Guided Ultra Ball is largely useless, because it's too slow!

    Soldier - ZPG

    His ZPG has too slow of a velocity to accurately vanquish a target especially while it's moving.

    Scientist - Armored Heal Station

    His Armored Heal Station does not provide a quick-enough health regeneration to anyone standing next to it.

    All-Star - Shield Decoy

    The Shield Decoy serves no purpose whatsoever; it's too weak, and only work as a decorative ability.
