Try a healing nut deck with Wall-Knight. The nuts protect you against the first few zombies they play without destroying them. (so they won't charge their Valkyrie) Then you can play Mirror-Nut. Play Wing-Nut especially, since it negates all zombie bonus attacks. Don't forget to bring a good finishing card like Pecanolith or Wall-Nut Bowling.
