I will start with a bit of a silly question... have you redeemed the code for bonus content? If not, here's the way to do it for Xbox One (as, from what I understood, this is your platform):
- Go to Games and choose Use a code (If your Kinect is set-up, you can say "Xbox, use code.")
- If you didn't do it already, sign in to your Xbox Live account.
- If you have a QR code, hold it up to your Kinect sensor to begin redeeming the code
- If you have a 25-character or digit code instead of a QR code, select Or enter the 25-character code to type it in.
There is one more thing: Xbox Live services are currently having issues which, among other things, cause problems with redeeming Deluxe Edition. Because of that, you might have to wait until they are fixed by Microsoft (you can check their status here: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status ).
