Re: Why no updates?

Hi @ericabirkner1 If any changes may come to the game I would recommend keeping an eye on the PvZ Twitter. Unfortunately we don't get information ahead of time of any changes or updates that might come to Heroes but I would be happy to share feedback with the team about seeing new content.

  • @EA_Illium This is pretty unhelpful and doesn't address the question. Some of the daily challenges are broken, the weekly event button has vanished.

    What is going on?
  • As I mentioned in a previous reply, I would spend money on this game, either outright or subscription, I've played it everyday for 5/6 years.

Would EA consider a bit of market research? Can they pose the question to the MANY players of this game if they share my enthusiasm?

I understand if people aren't playing it, if it's not worth the time to develop it, to pay the people to produce new content - but this is one of those games that has MANY fans that would happily take this on for free given the chance. Can EA give something back to the community that's supported them all these years?

    Fingers crossed.

I would still really like to see updates to this game, knowing that I play on a regular basis. Huge-Giganticus finally made a return after some years, so that was great to see.

I mean honestly, you can keep up the Public Relations Bot Response with the interchangeable wording, and you can also send the feedback to the "PvZH team", like sending mail to a house no one lives in.  @EA_Illium
