Community Manager@JFKX Gotcha, so that sounds like it would do it. So short answer is no. That timeframe isn't something that can be changed. They would have to change that rule for all players who request it, and that decision is a bit out of our hands.
Idk if this post is getting help still, But I had the exact same issue but all my EA accounts and they all show fresh accounts or no data means my account is missing or my data is misplaced.
I now this thread is old but this happens with multiple games. :(
I just tried to log in today on Pvz gw2 bc I was excited to get back into playing it, and it says my account is linked but my save data isn't there, and I had completed the game besides achievements. I don't want to have to go back through the entire story again because it is quite lengthy. I'll try unlinking my account to another account I have for ea and see if it works and restores my data. I'll keep updating yall on this thread in case it helps someone else.
