Re: Yeti King Boss Hunt too hard?

We just got hard and crazy done tonight, it was no joke to put it blunt.  If you just need stars stick to normal and get in a groove with a group its very difficult with randoms, even worse if no one is using voice to give direction on what to do.  

I was at my wits end and almost threw in the towel for hard and crazy but then we got 2 others that had already done it and it went pretty smooth.  Please don't get me wrong I spent over 8 hours the last 2 days to get hard and crazy done it was that rough with the freezing.  You should have at least 2 stuffy sunflowers if not 3 doing hard and crazy.  Try to have as many upgrades as possible also.

By your assumption that Boss Hunt is the only way to collect Rainbow Stars I assume that you are new to the game.

The Mystery Portal features three rotating game modes, "Super Mix", "Cats vs Dino's" and "Boss Hunt", all of which award Rainbow Stars.

Of those three game modes only Boss Hunt is targeted at experienced veteran players. If you don't like it then simply skip the week that features Boss Hunt.

I know about the other game modes that may appear as the Mystery Portal event. By Boss Hunt being the only way to collect Rainbow stars, I mean for this week it is the only means of collecting rainbow stars. Since last week had no Mystery Portal Event, everyone had to wait a week before unlocking chests and getting more stars. Now with this Boss hunt that is nearly impossible with randoms, it seems like another wasted week. I know it's not the only way to get the rainbow stars. It's just the only way for this week, aside from that terrible conversion price.

Personally I love the boss hunts - it's the only challenge left in the game for me.

Getting the crazy hats on the difficult ones like the Yeti King provides a massive sense of achievement :D

Having said that, it would be nice to be able to join different groups to do different difficulty levels.

Ah well, can't have everything!

I saw lots of crowns in this weeks mystery portal, but didn't notice any scrumptious ones.
