Red community pack glitch?

It happened to me too, I opened it and got a rare item for the cactus, scrumptious arm of the ancients. 

Rats!  This is awful.

Same, I got a rare hat.... could someone please contact popcap and get them to give us a legendary please lol

Guys!!!! If you have all the Legendary pieces already, the red chest isn't going to give you an legendary item if there aren't anymore to give out. Guess what, I got coins.......

I just received the Scrumptious Power Vision accessory which is a rare item.  And I definitely do not have all legendary items.  I hope this is just a glitch that can be fixed and we can receive our Legendary items as advertised.
