i bought GW2 deluxe edition and went to redeem my code and it says code already redeemed. i went into the game to see if i had received anything and did not...waited 24 hrs and still nothing. Would like my exclusive features or a new code.

However if the code never redeemed to start with and it's saying it's used you'll need to speak with the retailer the code was brought from so they can issue you a new one.
