regarding zombie hero's last hero quest

Hello. I'm in the last step (10th quest) of The Smash hero quest, I wonder whether there is still a bug where I wouldn't get the premium pack I supposed to get.

So I decided to ask EA, is the bug still there and will it happened again?

If it is, then I won't continue finishing The Smash quest and will let it stay that way "until" ea finished eradicating the bug.

I can't play the game without being cautious especially since I used The Smash the most and I bought cards for it the most too.

If I report the situation after I lost the premium pack again like before then EA will only offer me 100 diamonds.
But the price of a specific hero premium pack is "200" diamonds.
So if EA can't give me 200 diamonds, I'm thinking of being patient and wait until the bugs get fixed.

    I haven't heard other players commenting on Smash's final quest item being bugged.  Search this part of the forum or check over at Reddit.  Good luck!

    Wow, yeah it's disturbingly true and a great advice. But it didn't help me at all T_T

    Btw, ea is the one who told me to ask my question here, so yeah here I am.
    And thanks for the advice.

    Sorry that I can't help you out since I know nothing about Plants vs. Zombies Heroes. I only know stuff about Need For Speed No Limits and other Need For Speed games.

    Welp. I guess I need to reduce my signature to three lines max. But...I probably won't change it. Download laughing 21

    Wow, thankfully there is no bug at all on The Smash's quest 😅
    I got my pack, I'm worried because I lost the 2 packs from other heroes last quests.
    And when I ask ea help support they told me to ask it in the forum.

    😂😂 Oh is that so, wow it's hilarious. Thank you for clearing that up, if you don't, I'll never ever know that, like never 😂 Seriously, it didn't even crossed my mind in the slightest bit it's a signature lololol
