@hellishgotherI don't know but they'd probably find a way to say that as a reason because why bot crush our hopes and dreams a bit more at this point.
Modders have even created custom hunts with AI and they're also pretty good. Even one with the scrapped imitater boss and ket me tell you fighting disco as a zombie instead shows how terrifying he can be.
There was also Thanos tree that used the spooky squash tenplate but auto activates the tomstones to bypass AI not being able to hold them which is a genuis fix tbh.
I wonder if limiting these hunts to Private Play would have been easier to implement? This is something that I never really thought about actually. At least these events would be permanently available, and you could play with friends or probably other players that you invite. These hunts would be extremely hard to complete without other players though ...
- @TheSprinter85 I’m happy with boss hunt being on private play too, at least that way we can still play and we can do it with our friends
@HieldankaHeck it would be a good compromise solution as then the achievements are still doable (except community ones but at this point i'll take just having the fun modes back atleast) but you would just need friends/invites which wouldn't be terribly hard as long as you can organize a few people you were just playing with to get on board.
Just invite a full ops team you were playing with and then go bash yeti king into dust.@EA_Shepard is this a possible idea that could be considered?

@stukapooka On the real, I couldnt say if a suggestion is considered or not. I know that the more things get attention, the more eyes it has on it. My job is to gather and send over. Its entire up to the teams to make changes. I'm here for you. Once that email goes out or I provide info in that meeting, its out of our hands. I would love to see these changes made for players but with older titles, it is harder.

I tell my friends about the Boss Hunts on most days that we play GW2 together and they are very keen to try them when they return.

All good. I asked them today and they have completed all of the story quests. I specifically asked about Captain Smasher and Royal Hypno Flower, and they do remember those hunts and stated it was quite fun. Speaking of which, I would recommend that if you are a new player and you are unaware of what a Boss Hunt is, complete your story quests and you will get to try these simpler Boss Hunts on each faction.
- @TheSprinter85 Lets be honest with ourselves, Captain Smasher and Royal Hypno Flower were so easy and lame that they don't even count.
#bringbackbosshunt - @flexibleFLIMINGO Good point. The Mystery Portal Boss Hunts hit so different. They are still fun to do during the campaign, however I don't really repeat them once I have completed those hunts.
