[Request] Unicorn Stuffy Hat on Nintendo Switch

@EA_Shepard  this is what the player who has the Unicorn Stuffy hat looks like in game, picture included, you can see the hat is perfectly fine, but Chomper's face is not, there's that blue haze around most of her face, Chomper is my girl lol, but damn it's given me and others hope that we will get the Unicorn Stuffy hat on Nintendo Switch.

That's weird, why does Chomper look like that?

I'd love to mod the Unicorn Stuffy hat for Plants Vs Zombies on my Switch lol, but I'm not that talented lol, but I'd also rather have my Chomper look normal with Unicorn Stuffy on lol. Yes you're right, it's one of those items everyone just wants @EA_Shepard  my kids and I would be extremely happy 😁

I've never seen something like that before in Plants Vs Zombies in Switch, but damn that Unicorn Stuffy hat looks fantastic on Nintendo Switch, we all want it so bad, please guys and girls at EA and PopCap 😁

@Aussiemozzie088 You're spot on! Everyone does indeed want this. So with that being said, I have sent this over to the team. I have asked around, put in requests, and challenged people to duals! 😂 No not really but I totally should. 🤔

They are more aware now that the community wants this and I have a few people looking into it. However, there is also an expectation that it may not happen as much as we want it to. I don't want to give the false expectation it will, but I am pushing for it because all of you rock!

If and when anything does come of this, I will 100% update you on what the outcome is.

That would be great, it isn't available on Nintendo Switch. Most Switch players aren't fussed with that, the main thing is, the Unicorn Stuffy hat, and then the bug that makes it impossible to complete character challenges once you get to 999 bulbs without being able to spend them. That bug has hit my daughter's game, but she said she'd be happy with just the Unicorn Stuffy hat.

Lol definitely challenge then to duals, I know a lot of the players would be backing you up as Captain Deadbeared and Cactus lol, you should let them know that too lol, we're lurking in the background lol.

That would definitely be sweet, could be a chance considering how many people are playing on Nintendo Switch, I've taken tons of screenshots of full or mostly full lobbies showing how many different people are playing, the game is selling really well on Switch. Unicorn Stuffy hat is what we're most looking forward to. @Spinagus 

Oh actually what are the rewards? I can't find an answer in google or other browsers. What platforms do you play on? @Spinagus

@ZorbaKing64I play on Switch mostly but I got some of the rewards on Xbox because I bought the founder's edition (early access) in 2019. You would get one reward a week if you had the founder's edition. They were Fire Defender costume for Snapdragon, Ultimate Champ Star costume for All-star, Dave Bubbles victory slab, and Pea of Valiance costume for Peashooter. They are currently unobtainable on all platforms and were never obtainable on Switch. If the Unicorn Stuffy hat was ported to Switch but unused, the founder's rewards probably were too.

@Spinagus  unfortunately you are correct, those items are not available on Nintendo Switch, I just logged in to check, but hey, maybe they'll give us the opportunity to get those items aswell if they spend the time to add the Unicorn Stuffy hat, why not add a few more?

Omg thank you so much, I also want this hat for my Chomper on Nintendo Switch, thank you for passing it on and annoying the relevant teams for us, the players of this fantastic Nintendo Switch game, I bought a Switch specifically for Plants Vs Zombies Battle For Neighbourville, have been playing ever since and rarely miss a day, in my opinion, it's better than Call Of Duty @EA_Shepard 

I got a Switch for a handful of games and PvZ BFN was actually one of them. When it was first released, some of the other peeps at work and I played it for weeks just to get achievements and level up. The game itself is just too much fun.

Because I keep seeing screenshots related to people having Unicorn Stuffy in-game, I'll give some clarification as to how people have gotten it.

Various unobtainable customizations exists in BFN. Unicorn Stuffy (alongside all limited time and DLC customizations) are/were obtainable in other versions of the game. For the case of Unicorn Stuffy, it was only obtainable for one week if you logged in during the game's launch week during October of 2019. Despite the re-release of BFN on Nintendo Switch, there has never been an opportunity to earn any of the customizations on the platform due to the events giving them out happening before it's release.

There are mods/hacks on the Nintendo Switch version of the game that allow players to give themselves (and by extension, any account the modder would have access to) any item in the game. If you've ever seen someone with customizations such as Unicorn Stuffy, Pea of Valiance, and other weird customizations you may have never seen before, those were modded in due to no legitimate way of obtaining them.

That's right, we're aware of that, but it can still be brought to the Nintendo Switch version.

If I didn't have Switch already, I would've gotten one for me and my kids each for this amazing game, it's easily one of the best games available on Nintendo Switch, definitely the best version of Plants Vs Zombies on any platform, we're just missing a very special item 😉 lol.

Aww this is great, so many people commenting and in support of getting the Unicorn Stuffy hat for Nintendo Switch players, my kids are very happy about this, let's just hope it happens asap for all of us, thank you @ZorbaKing64  and @ea_shepard for helping to make this happen, the photos I've included are the builds my kids and I use for Chomper, our favourite character 😁

I love Chomper and Acorn equally, this is my Acorn, they're both so much fun to play, having a few Chomper players or Acorns make a deadly team, my friends and I would all use Unicorn Stuffy hat at the same time, would be so cool.wr all want it on Switch 😁
